Overview

These Terms & Conditions outline how Moon + Stone Studio works with clients. By booking a service or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms below.

We aim to keep things clear, fair, and simple.

Services

Moon + Stone Studio offers digital services including but not limited to:

Website design and updates

Branding and graphic design

Digital content creation

Social media support (contract-based)

Each project or service will be outlined in a separate agreement, invoice, or proposal.

Project-Based Work

Project-based services are one-time or defined-scope services.

Work begins once deposit or payment terms are met

Timelines and deliverables are agreed upon before starting

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees

Project work is flexible and does not create exclusivity between clients or industries.

Contract / Retainer Services

Some services are offered on a retainer basis (for example, social media management or ongoing website maintenance).

Retainers require a minimum commitment period (typically 3 months unless otherwise stated)

These services reserve dedicated time and priority scheduling

Work is delivered consistently throughout the contract period

Retainer agreements are separate from project-based work.

Capacity & Availability

We work with a limited number of active clients at one time to maintain quality and consistency.

Availability is managed based on:

Project scope

Service level

Current workload

Acceptance of new work is always based on capacity.

Payments

Deposits may be required to secure a booking

Final payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or agreement

Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Termination

For project-based work:

Cancellations may result in billing for work completed to date

For retainer contracts:

Early termination may require notice and/or payment for the remaining contract period, depending on agreement terms

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions outside of scope will be billed at an agreed hourly or flat rate.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.

Moon + Stone Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing, and promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for issues related to third-party platforms including hosting providers, social media platforms, or software integrations once projects are delivered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Last updated: April 2026
