As part of maintaining secure, organized, and professional systems, Canva access is managed in a way that protects your brand assets and ensures the integrity of all design work. When your templates are delivered, they are shared from my Moon+Stone Studio Canva workspace as part of the design process.
 

This access is intended to be temporary to protect your files and ensure nothing is accidentally lost or overwritten. If shared templates are edited directly within the original files, there is a risk that the master design structure can be changed or unintentionally disrupted, which could result in broken layouts or lost elements. For this reason, I strongly recommend that once you receive your templates, you make a duplicate copy into your own Canva account right away so you always have a safe, original version stored under your ownership.
 

This system also supports how I manage and protect my design work internally. It allows me to keep my Canva workspace clean, organized, and secure, while ensuring every client receives consistent, high-quality templates exactly as intended. It also prevents accidental edits to original master files and keeps my design library structured and reliable for all clients.
 

Once your project is complete and your files have been delivered, shared access may be removed from my Canva workspace. This does not impact your ownership in any way. You will always retain full use of your designs once they have been shared with you and duplicated into your own account. You remain in full control of your brand assets at all times, and your files are yours to use, edit, and grow freely.

SOCIAL MEDIA & META

As part of maintaining secure, organized, and professional systems, I will only retain access to social media accounts for clients who are currently under an active social media management contract or ongoing service agreement. If you are not currently an active social media client, my access will be removed from your Meta and Instagram accounts.
 

Keeping account access limited to active management relationships helps protect your business. It reduces unnecessary access points, improves overall account security, and ensures that only current, aligned strategy work is being implemented within your platforms. It also prevents outdated permissions from remaining in place, which is an important part of maintaining clarity, control, and safety within your business accounts.
 

This update allows me to keep my backend systems clean, organized, and efficient while reducing non-essential notifications across platforms. It also ensures I am only working inside accounts that are actively within scope, which allows for stronger focus, better consistency, and a higher level of service for current clients.

If you are an active social media client, nothing changes. If you are not currently under an active contract, my access will be removed from your accounts. You will always remain in full control of your own platforms, and you are welcome to re-engage services at any time if support is needed again in the future. I will always be here when you’re ready to reactivate.

WEBSITES - WIX

All Wix websites should have a dedicated backup version of your site template. This is an important safeguard that protects your website from accidental changes, editing errors, or updates that become difficult to reverse during the design process. Having a backup ensures you always have access to a clean, untouched version of your original layout.
 

This means that if anything goes wrong while editing, whether it’s a layout shift, broken section, or a design change that doesn’t work out as planned, there is always a stable version we can return to. It allows me to quickly restore or fix your site without needing to rebuild everything from scratch, saving time, stress, and unnecessary redesign work.
 

For clarity, I do not keep duplicate copies of client Wix websites within my own Wix space. Your website lives in your account only, and you remain in full ownership and control at all times. The backup version should also live within your Wix account so both versions are accessible to you whenever needed.
 

This system ensures your website stays flexible, protected, and easy to manage, while still allowing you the freedom to make updates confidently, knowing a safe version is always available in the background.
